Arbor Institute for Culture (Republic of Moldova) and Arbor Association of Culture and Arts (Romania) (“Controllers” or “we”) do not normally process the personal data of the visitors of our website www.theopen-art.com (“Website”).
The only case when we currently may process the personal data of visitors is when they provide us with their name and e-mail address in order to receive information from us on new exhibitions and other events.
The purpose of data processing is staying in touch with our visitors and contacting them for such new exhibitions and events. The grounds of processing for such data processing are the consent such visitors and the legitimate interests of the Controllers in contacting the visitors, as the case may be.
We will keep their personal data of visitors until they will withdraw their consent, until they will object to our processing of their data or until the Controllers decide that their personal data are no longer needed in order to attain the envisaged purpose, whichever moment comes first.
We will not disclose the personal data of visitors to any other party.
We may also process the personal data of the artists who provide us with their personal data to be published on our Website. The only personal data that we request from them and that we publish online is their name, a short bio and their e-mail address.
The purpose of processing in this case is promoting the artists who provide us with their personal data, based on our legitimate interest to ensure the good functioning of our Website.
We will keep the personal data of the artists on the Website until they will object to this processing or until the Website ceases to be active, whichever moment comes first.
We will not disclose the personal data of artists to any other party, except for the disclosure which is made by publishing the personal data on our Website.
We will not transfer any of the processed data outside European Economic Area.The data subjects are free not to give us their personal data.
