and Arbor Institute for Culture
launches a program devoted to innovation in the field of contemporary art promotion
Theopen-art.com platform is virtual reality (VR) art exhibition platform, developed by Arbor Institute for Culture (Republic of Moldova) and Arbor Association of Culture and Arts (Romania), non-governmental organisations aiming to support and promote emergent East European artists.
Since its foundation in 2017, the Arbor has mounted exhibitions of work by artists from Moldova and Romania that have included Valentina Rusu Ciobanu, Ghenadie Popescu, Mark Verlan, Diana Tudose, Claudia Ion, Razvan Radu, Natalia Romanciuc, Daniel Cauia. Arbor has implemented art educations projects, while contributing to the cultural mobility between Republic of Moldova and Romania.The organisation is also running the Arbor.art.room Gallery, located in 11, Transilvaniei Street, 010796, Bucharest, Romania, opened in summer 2020, which together with the VR exhibitions on Theopen-art.com will carry on a high profile program of exhibitions.
